Active Rides are the leading UK and European operators of High Definition mobile simulation attractions for the corporate, event marketing and air show sectors.
Clients include many of the UK's largest air show and tradeshow organisers, such as the Royal Navy, Duxford Imperial War Museum, and numerous national and internationally based corporations.
Projects recently undertaken include the Turin Winter Olympic Games in Italy while contracted to General Electric and Coca Cola to provide a dynamic and innovative extension to their internal and external communications programmes.
General Electric Company

We are currently working on a project for GE to support its internal and external communications programmes, which included its participation as an Olympic partner at the 2006 Torino Winter Olympics.
The project has already seen Active Rides manage the external theming of a mobile Morphis Simulator and facilitate a tour of nine European countries in as many months. We have also been involved in the production of five bespoke simulation ride films, including a journey through the human cardiovascular system for GE Healthcare and another through a jet engine for GE Transportation Systems. The simulator operated in the Olympic Village for the duration of the Games, providing huge visibility for GE as a major Olympic sponsor.
Coca-Cola, Italy

Active Rides managed the operation of three Mobile Morphis simulators directly to support Coca-Cola's sponsorship of the 2006 Torino Winter Olympics. The simulators were motion programmed with three live action rides of the Bobsleigh, Men's Downhill and Men's Super G, and formed the centrepiece of Coke's Olympic Torch Tour of 60 Italian towns and cities.
For the duration of the Olympics and Para Olympics, the units operated within the Coca-Cola pavilion in Turin's central plaza. As well as designing and supplying the simulators, Active Rides managed the detailed logistics for the event build-up.
Imperial War Museum, Duxford
In a long-standing relationship with Duxford Air Museum, Active Rides operates a mobile simulator at the historic airfield site. This installation both generates substantial revenues and pays tribute to the bravery shown by RAF pilots during the Battle of Britain.
The film content, allowing visitors to experience a World War II dogfight from the point of view of a Spitfire pilot, has been highly acclaimed for its realism and authenticity.
During the summer season, the simulator is operated externally, providing a dynamic promotional billboard for the Museum and its facilities.
